Prior to working in the legal field, Sylvia had extensive finance experience in commercial mortgage and thus is well-versed in business and commercial area. With her friendly tone and demeanor, clients find her comfortable and relaxing.

On her days off, you can find her checking out a new food joint or playing with her lovely cat, Haru.

Julianne was born and raised in Coquitlam and feels privileged to be able to work in her hometown. Julianne has long customer service experience and focus on assisting residential real estate clients.

On her days off she likes to explore the different events and food around the city.

Lisa has such a bubbly personality that makes the clients and other staff at the office smile. Lisa is the one that provides support for the main office that allows everyone to get the work done efficiently. Lisa also has an insurance industry experience that may be of assistance to some clients.

On her days off, you can find her enjoying some bubble tea with her brother.

Grace is our communication manager and reaches out to the community and other professionals. She is very easy to talk to and will talk your ears off if you get her going on a subject, but she is also a very good listener.

On her days off, you will find her hiking, seeking out independent coffee shops and travelling.

Geoff brings over 10 years of IT and customer service experience from a global firm as a Service Tech. Geoff manages our IT and server infrastructures to ensure your private info are kept secure and safe, at the same time allowing for it to be efficiently accessible when required.

On his days off, you can find Geoff enjoying a relaxing time with his family or having a nice cold pint at a local pub.

Aimee is the person who monitors your purchase or sale funds to ensure that it is kept safe and meets all the laws in Canada. Aimee has a professional background in both financial and real estate industries, having spent her formative years working in Japan. Her strong organization skills and attention to detail make her an outstanding member of our team. During her days off, Aimee loves to hang out with her young family exploring the world near and far. Aimee is fluent in Mandarin and Japanese.
