Prior to working in the legal field, Sylvia had extensive finance experience in commercial mortgage and thus is well-versed in business and commercial area. With her friendly tone and demeanor, clients find her comfortable and relaxing.

On her days off, you can find her checking out a new food joint or playing with her lovely cat, Haru.

Julianne was born and raised in Coquitlam and feels privileged to be able to work in her hometown. Julianne has long customer service experience and focus on assisting residential real estate clients.

On her days off, she likes to go for a run or get on the bike for an adventure.
