Tips for completing The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim game - Side quests. Blessings of Nature #001
This page of our TES V: Skyrim guide contains a detailed walkthrough of the Nature's Blessing side quest. This quest begins at The Banned Mare Inn in Whiterun, and your main goal is to find some items from locations called Orphan Rock and Eldergleam Sanctuary. In the last stage of this quest, you will have to fight with wild animals and spriggans.
New main goal: Banish the Pale Lady
You can fight the Pale Lady using two main methods. The first is to defeat her in direct combat, although in this case you should start with the pieces that accompany her. Only then should you proceed to attack the Palest Lady, of course, keeping an eye on your character's health and trying to avoid his magical attacks.
The second method imprisons the Pale Lady. The advantage is that you won't have to fight her, although on the other hand, you won't get a prize for completing the quest either. If you still want to choose this method, start by approaching the body of Rajirra. Explore it, take the Pale Blade and interact with the sword stand.
If you defeat the Pale Lady in direct combat, you will be able to examine Rajirr's body and take the Pale Blade. Otherwise, the sword will end up on the stand. The interesting thing is that it doesn't end forever, as you can come back here later in the game, take the sword from the stand and try to fight the Pale Lady again. Regardless of the chosen option, inspect the area of the Wall of the Word with the Word of Power - Flesh, Ice Form (eastern part of the cave).
Activating the quest
Go to Whiterun. Once you get to the city, you can proceed to activate this quest or devote some time to officially familiarizing yourself with it. If you choose the latter option, I would recommend visiting the hotel The Banned Mare. Talk to the owner, Hulda, and ask her for any new gossip to find out about the burnt tree known as Goldergreen. Please note that this is why you have unlocked Miscellaneous: talk to Danica about destroying Goldergreen.
Leave the hotel and look for the northern part of Whiterun for Danica Pure-Spring. Depending on the time of day, the priestess can be found in the main square, where the destroyed tree is located, or inside the nearby Temple of the Kinaret. Talk to Danica and mention the tree (if you haven't met Hulda, you'll have to start by learning what's going on first). Danica needs Eldergleam juice, as it seems to be the only possible way to treat Goldergreen. However, the first step will be to find the nettle, the only weapon capable of piercing the bark of the Elderglass.
New main goal: to restore Nettlebane
Open the world map and find your destination, Orphan Rock. This is south of Whiterun, and it would be better to start in Helgen, where you were "visited" at the very beginning of the game (optionally, you can also start in Riverwood). After reaching Helgen, head east and then turn north (until you reach Falkreath Stormcloak Camp).
